How To: Make a Simple Small Ponytail Looking Bun?

Hello! This post is for all who have medium sized or long hair and want to put them up quickly. I suggest you go for a simple small ponytail looking bun. It takes just a few seconds to make it and it looks elegant. It can push your hair a bit forward, above the forehead, so you're hairstyle does not look 'licked'.

Step 1: Your New Bun

You will need only a bobby pin. If your hair is thin or very soft you will need more bobby pins. In that case I also recommend the usage of hairspray, for achieving the style that you want.

Take a few highlights and put them together on the top of your head. Like you would want to make a small ponytail. Swirl your hair so that they become firmer. Fold them into a circle and put the lower part of the hair through it. Tighten the hair, so you'll get a small bun at the top.

Secure the hair that was pulled out of the circle with a bobby pin, right under the bun.
The longer your hair is the easier it will be for you to make this hairstyle.
